摘  要:目的研究川芎药材极性部分高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱测定方法。方法以阿魏酸为对照,采用Eclipse XDB-C18(ODS-2,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃,检测波长298 nm。结果共确定10个共有峰,其中7号峰为阿魏酸峰,为该指纹图谱的参照峰。供试品溶液的指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱中的全部10个共有峰对应,且顺序一致。结论实验方法简单、准确,研究所得的川芎指纹图谱稳定性、重复性好,可作为川芎极性部分的特征性指纹图谱。Objective To study the detection methods with fingerprint chromatogram for polar parts of Chuanxiong Rhizome. Methods With ferulenol as the reference substance, Eclipse XDB - C18 ( ODS - 2, 250 mm × 4. 6mm, 5μm) was used as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase was methanol and 1% HAC, the temprature was 25 ℃ , the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the wavelength was 238 nm. Results There were 10 peaks , of which the seventh was the ferulenol peak, the reference peak. The ten peaks also existed in the sample just as in the reference solution,whose order was corresponded. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and stability and can be used as the polar characteristic fingerprint atlas.
