维胃方对大鼠胃溃疡的疗效及血清白介素2影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察维胃方对血清白介素-2(IL-2)的影响,探讨其治疗胃溃疡的可能机制。方法采用冰醋酸烧灼法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型。经维胃方治疗后测量胃液pH值、计算溃疡面积、观察溃疡周围病理组织切片,并采用放射性免疫法检测血清IL-2水平。结果从胃黏膜大体观察及病理切片观察,用药组大鼠胃黏膜溃疡愈合良好;与模型组比较,维胃方能恢复胃液pH值(P<0.01);用药组大鼠胃黏膜溃疡面积明显小于自愈组(P<0.01),其中维胃方中剂量组疗效最好〔(2.19±0.26)mm2〕;与自愈组相比较,维胃方各组可升高血清IL-2水平(P<0.05),维胃方中剂量组〔(0.770±0.038)ng/m〕l与雷尼替丁组存在着显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论维胃方对实验性胃溃疡具有明显的愈合作用,其作用机制可能与其改善机体细胞免疫功能,调节血清中IL-2的水平有关。Objective To observe the effect of WWF on serum IL - 2 in experimental rats with gastric ulcer and possible mechanisms. Methods The model rats with gastric ulcer were prepared by glacial acetic acid. After treating them with WWF, we measured gastric juice pH values, calculated gastric mucosa ulcer areas, observed pathological tissue around ulcer, and detected the level of serum IL - 2 by radioactive immunoassay. Results From general and pathological observation on gastric mucosa, it showed that mucosa of rats in drug groups was in good condition. Compared with model group, WWF could recover the values of PH ; Gastric ulcer areas in drug groups was significantly smaller than that of self - healing group （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the effect of WWF group middle -dose was the best[ （2.19 ± 0.26）mm^2]. Compared with self- healing group, WWF could elevate serum level of IL- 2 （P 〈 0.05 ）, and there was a significant difference between middle -dose WWF group （ （0.770 ± 0. 038 ）ng/ml] and ranitidine group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is obvious therapeutic effect of WWF on experimental gastric ulcer, and the possible mechanism is related to improving cellular immune function and adjusting level of serum IL -2.
