芒果苷片体外抑菌杀虫作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的对芒果苷片的体外抑菌活性、杀虫作用进行初步研究。方法通过对芒果苷片及芒果苷泡腾片的体外抑菌活性的实验,对芒果苷口含片及芒果苷泡腾片体外杀虫作用的实验,考察芒果苷片及芒果苷泡腾片的抑菌作用,芒果苷口含片、芒果苷泡腾片的杀虫效果。结果芒果苷泡腾片对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念球菌,乙型溶血性链球菌有一定抑制作用,最低抑制浓度(MIC)分别为:1.563,12.5,6.25,25,25 mg/ml;芒果苷片对上述菌种则几乎无抑制作用;在本实验浓度范围内,芒果苷口含片及芒果苷泡腾片均无显著的杀虫效果。结论芒果苷泡腾片有抑菌效果,但无显著杀虫效果。Objective To study the bacteriostatic and trichomonacidal action of mangiferin tablets in vitro. Methods The bacteriostatic tests were conducted in vitro by using mangiferin tablet and mangiferin effervescent tablet to observe the effects. The trichomonacidal tests were conducted in vitro by using mangiferin buccal tablets and mangiferin effervescent tablet to observe the effects. Results Mangiferin effervescent tablet showed significant functions in inhibiting Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aurous, Pseudomo aeruginosa and Candida albicans beta- hemolytic and the minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） was：1. 563,12.5, 6.25,25 and 25 mg/ml, respectively; Within the range of concentration in this test, the mangiferin effervescent tablet showed determinate Bacteriostatic effect;while the mangiferin tablet had no effect. Both the the mangiferin buccal tablet and mangiferin effervescent tablet had no trichomonacidal effect. Conclusion Mangiferin effervescent tablets has a Bacteriostatic effect, but no Trichomonacidal effect.
