丹参与川芎联合用药对冠心病患者脂代谢及血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丹参、川芎联合用药对冠心病患者脂代谢及血液流变性的影响,探讨丹参、川芎联合用药对冠心病的治疗效果及机制。方法将冠心病患者70例随机分为联合治疗组和常规治疗组,并选择30例健康人群作为对照组。联合治疗组使用丹参、川芎合用药+常规治疗。观察并比较两组治疗前后及与对照组之间脂代谢及血流变学等指标的变化。结果冠心病组治疗前表现为脂代谢障碍及血液流变性异常,联合丹参、川芎治疗对冠心病患者有较好的治疗效果。治疗后联合治疗组较常规治疗明显改善患者的TG、CHO及LDL水平,全血黏度、血浆黏度明显降低(P<0.05)。结论联合丹参、川芎治疗对冠心病具有明显的疗效,其治疗机制与改善脂代谢障碍与血液流变性异常有关。Objective To observe the effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza combined with Ligustrazine on fat metabolization and hemorrheological properties in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD）. Methods 70 patients with CAD were divided into combining treatment group and routine treatment group （ n = 35 ）, and 30 healthy persons were used as control group. In combining treatment group, Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine and routine treatment were used. The changes of indexes of fat metabolization and hemotheology were measured and control group in the therapeutic group before and after treatment . Results It showed that there was obvious fat metabolization dysfunction and abnormal hemorrheological properties in patients with CAD before treatment, and there was preferable treatment effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza combined with Ligustrazine on patients with CAD. After treatment, the contents of triglyceride （TG）, cholesterol （CHO）, low density lipoprotein （LDL） in combining treatment group were obviously improved as compared to routine treatment group, and the plasma viscosity and blood viscosity were significantly lower compared with pre - treatment and routine treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The results suggested that salvia miltiorrhiza combined with ligustrazine has a good curative effect on CAD and its mechanism might be relateed to improving fat metabolization dysfuction and abnormal hemorrheological properties.
