摘　　要：目的研究复尔康注射液对人肝癌HepG2细胞增殖和血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的影响。方法HepG2细胞增殖采用CCK8试剂盒(cell counting kit-8)进行检测,VEGF的表达采用免疫组化SABC法进行染色分析。结果复尔康注射液可抑制HepG2细胞的增殖,IC50值为(29.63±1.22)mg.L-1;经5,10mg.L-1的复尔康注射液作用48 h后,HepG2细胞VEGF的表达明显减弱,且呈现出一定的量效关系。结论复尔康注射液可抑制HepG2细胞的增殖和VEGF的表达,抗血管生成可能是复尔康注射液抗肿瘤的作用机制之一。Objective To study the effect of Fuerkang injection on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in hepatoblastomaG2 （HepG2） ceils. Methods The proliferation of HepG2 was determined by CCK8 （ cell counting kit - 8） assay. The expression of VEGF was tested by SABC immunohistochemical method. Results Fuerkang injection could inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells, and the IC 50 value was （29.63 ± 1.22） mg·L^-1. After treatment of Fuerkang injection at concentration of 5,10 mg ·L^-1 for 48 h, Fuerkang injection strongly inhibited the expression of VEGF in HepG2 ceils in a dose -dependent manner. Conclusion Fuerkang injection can inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells and expression of VEGF, and antiangiogenesis may be one of the mechanisms of its antitumor action.
