黔产中成药中有机氯农药残留量的测定

摘　　要：目的以贵州省不同厂家生产的中成药为研究对象进行有机氯农药残留量测定。方法利用OV-1701毛细管柱、气相色谱法测定黔产中成药中11种有机氯农药残留量。结果所测样品中有机氯农药残留量均小于≤0.1 mg/kg。结论所测中成药有机氯农药残留都符合《中国药典》(2005年版)标准。Objective To determine residues of organochlorine pesticides in Chinese traditional patent medicine from different manufacturer in Guizhou province. Methods The eleven kinds of organochlorine pesticides were determined by gas chromatography with OV -1701 column. Results Organochlorine pesticides in all sample determined was under 0. lmg/kg. Conclusion The residual determination of organochlorine pesticides in Chinese traditional patent medicine conforms to the 2005 Pharmacopoeia edition criterion.
