摘　　要：目的该操作规程明确规定了毛鸡骨草的种质特性、产地环境、种子标准、育苗技术、栽培技术措施、采收加工、外观品质、成分含量、农药残留以及包装、储运方法等。基地生产应用表明:生长一年采收,平均亩产605.53 kg;产品以干燥品计,相思子碱含量不低于0.5%;产品各项卫生质量指标均达到国家相关规定。This standard operating procedure（SOP） defintely stipulates the medical herb production of Abrus mollis Hance in Yulin, Guangxi, respectively on germplasm characteristics, natural conditions in habitat, techniques of seedlings cultivation and cultivating practices , harvesting and processing, appearance quality, ingredient contents, remnant allowance of pesticide residue, and how to pack, store and carry the production and so on. The results shows that One - year - old plants can produce average 605.53 kg per 667 m^2, which is measured by dry Abrus mollis. The content of Abrine is not below 0.5 percent. The health qualitative index of the product meets the national related standards.
