摘  要:文中在研究开都河-孔雀河流域水土资源的基础上,分析了流域各县市水资源的利用状况及其短缺程度;根据城镇用水和城镇化发展状况将研究区城镇划分为三种类型进行分析,发现城镇化和工业化水平较高的库尔勒和尉犁,用水效率较高;发展水平较低的城镇浪费较严重,用水效益较低,缺水又耗水。对土地利用状况的分析发现,开孔河流域城镇土地利用效益低下且极不平衡。除库尔勒和尉犁用地效益较高外,其余各县单位建成区土地产值较低,用地不经济。为了实现研究区域水土资源的效益最大化,继续推进库尉一体化进程,提出点轴空间发展模式,建议焉耆、和静、和硕、博湖实行集中供排水,走资源节约型城镇化的道路。On the basis of analyzing water and land resources in Kaidu - kongquehe basin,we analyzed the water resources utilization and its shortage in the watershed counties of this river basin. According to urban water use and development of urbanization. Cities and towns in the study area were divided into three types. It was found that urbanization and industrialization were at high levels in Korla and Yuli, and with higher efficiency in water use; Low level of development of urban waste water more serious and be in low efficient of water use, water shortages and water consumption co - existed. Through the analysis of the land - use situation, towns land - use showed low efficiency and very uneven in Kaidu -kongquehe river basin. Apart from Korla and Yuli where the land used in higher ' efficiency, the remaining counties had lower output value of the land usel In order to achieve the study area of water and land resources to maximize benefits and continue to push forward the integration process, it was proposed Yanqi, hejing, heshuo, bohu should be conducted for the implementation of drainage.
