摘　　要：濮阳市自然资源十分丰富,包括矿产资源、水资源、土地资源、森林资源和旅游资源。但在开发利用中出现了石油资源枯竭和环境污染等一系列问题。提出了大力发展接替产业、合理开发利用资源、实施清洁生产、发展旅游业和建立市级GIS等可持续发展对策。There are very rich natural resources including mineral, water, land, forest and tourism resources in Puyang. A series of problems such as petroleum resources exhaustion and environment pollution appear during the process of exploitation and utilization. The countermeasures of sustainable development are put forward including greatly developing the continued industry, rationally exploiting resources, carrying out the cleaner production, developing the tourism industry and establishing GIS.
