摘 要:加强土地集约利用是实现开发区可持续发展的必要条件。以河北省唐山市南堡经济开发区为例,通过构建土地集约利用评价指标体系,从土地利用程度和土地利用潜力的角度对南堡土地利用现状进行了分析;根据评价结果分析得出,南堡土地集约利用过程中存在三类工业用地扩展潜力小、二类工业企业入驻园区难以及公园和绿化用地规模小等问题,严重阻碍了开发区的土地集约化利用;针对南堡土地集约利用问题,提出了提高南堡土地集约利用的有效途径:调整开发区西部和北部边界、改善开发区投资软硬环境以及提高绿化用地规模。Strengthening the land intensive use was the necessary condition to achieve the sustainable development of development zone. Taking Nanpu Economic Development Zone in Hebei Province as an example, the land use status from the aspects of land use degree and potential was analyzed through constructing the evaluation index system of land intensive use. The resluts showed that the expand potential of the third type industrial land was little, the second type industrial enterprises were difficult to enter into the development zone and the scale of green land was small in the process of land intensive use in Nanpu, which seriously prevented the land intensive use. According to these problems, the effective ways were put forward including adjusting the boundaries of the west and north in development zone, improving the investment ernvironment and increasing the area of green land.
