半合成抗生素侧链的合成(Ⅳ)氨基磺酸为氨化剂合成DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸

摘　　要：报道了氨基磺酸与乙醛酸和苯酚作用合成ＤＬ－对羟基苯甘氨酸的新方法。采用正交设计试验找出了影响收率的主要因素，确定了最佳反应条件，收率达６８．８％。该法与传统方法相比反应时间大大缩短，收率显著提高，且具有原料价廉易得、污染小、工艺简单、成本低等特点，适于工业生产。A new method was developed in the synthesis of DL-p-hydroxyphenylglycine by the reaction of phenol,sulfamic acid and aqueous solution of glyoxylic acid.Orthogonal design test was used to find out the main factors influencing the yield and the optimum conditions for production.The yield has reached 65%～70%which is remarkably higher than that of traditional method,moreover,the period of reaction is reduced greatly.Therefore,this method is suitable for industrial production.
