摘　　要：阐述了生物技术的发展历程,探讨了生物技术在农作物育种中的应用现状,提出加强对农作物种质资源研究的力度,培育具有自主知识产权的基因和基因工程品种。This paper explained the developmental course of biotechnology, and preliminarily discussed the status and prospects of biotechnology application in crop breeding. The author considered that the researches on crop germplasm resources should be emphasized in order to breed genes and gene engineering varieties with proprietary intellectual property.
