剖宫产术后放置McuIUD与MLcuIUD临床对比观察

摘　　要：目的:比较剖宫产术后半年及以后放置McuIUD(爱母宫内节育器)和MLcuIUD(母体乐)的临床使用效果。方法:选择有剖宫产史、在剖宫产术后6月及以后且自愿放置新型IUD育龄妇女220例,随机分为两组,分别放置McuIUD和MLcuIUD,并进行24个月随访观察。结果:McuIUD组因症取出率、终止使用率低于MLcuIUD,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:McuIUD对剖宫产术后的妇女更具可接受性。Obijective; To contrast the clinical effects of McuIUD and MLcuIUD placed six months after cesarean section. Methods： 220 adult women with a history of cesarean section, who were selected to voluntarily have IUD placed six months after cesarean section, were randomly divided into two groups（McuIUD and MLcuIUD）, with McuIUD and MLcuIUD placed respectively, and were followed up for 24 months. Results; Remove rate and termination rate of use for certain complaint are significantly lower in the McuIUD group than those in the MLcuIUD group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： McuIUD is more acceptable to the women with cesarean section.
