摘 要:针对圆平膜片在传统设计中存在的计算繁琐、效率低下和精度不高等缺陷,应用ANSYS建立圆平膜片有限元模型,并提出圆平膜片弹性特性分析与优化设计的方法.该方法用ANSYS仿真分析周边固支圆平膜片的弹性特性以及弹性体应力和位移分布情况;通过对圆平膜片的应力、应变及其静态和动态特性的计算,研究弹性体结构尺寸参数和载荷对弹性特性的影响规律;通过对模型的优化设计,使圆平膜片的性能指标得到进一步优化,弹性元件的设计精度得到提高.该方法对于仪器仪表中圆平膜片的参数优化设计具有一定指导意义和实用价值.As to the defects that exist in the traditional design of circular fiat diaphragm, such as tedious calculation, low efficiency and low accuracy and so on, ANSYS is used to establish the finite element model for a circular flat diaphragm and the method about its elastic characteristic analysis and optimization design is proposed. In the method, the elastic characteristics of a circular flat diaphragm with clamped boundary and the distribution of stress and displacement of elastomer are simulated and analyzed by ANSYS; the rule that the structure size parameters and loads affect the elastic characteristics of elastomer is studied by the calculation of stress, strain, and static and dynamic characteristics; and through the optimization design on the model, the diaphragm performance is further optimized and the design accuracy and efficiency of elastic components are improved. The method has some guidance and practical value to the parameter optimization design of elastic components of apparatuses and instruments.
