摘　　要：目的探讨改良第二掌背动脉皮瓣修复食中指背组织缺损的方法和临床应用价值。方法根据第二掌背动脉与腕背动脉的走行，设计改良第二掌背动脉皮瓣修复食中指指背组织缺损共52例。结果术后皮瓣全部成活，随访6～24月，受区皮瓣质地优良，感觉恢复良好，术后两点辨别觉为6～10mm，外形与功能满意。结论宽阔的筋膜蒂血运丰富，成活率高，术后皮肤感觉恢复较佳，手术解剖简单，手术时间短，不需吻合血管。Objective Investigate the method and clinical value of using the modified second dorsal metacarpal artery flap to repair the dorsal tissue defect of index and middle fingers.Methods According to the line of the second dorsal metacarpal artery and the dorsal artery of wrist, design the modified second dorsal metacarpal artery flap to repair the defect at the dorsal tissue of 52 index and middle fingers.Results All the flaps survived with satisfactory appearance and function.The following-up ranged from 6 to 24 months. The flaps had good color match and the feeling of the flap recovered well. Two-point discrimination （2-PD） was 6-10mm. Conclusion This flap has advantage of reliable blood supply with wide fascia pedicle, simple procedure, short operation time, good feeling and high rate of survival. And it＇ s no need to anastomose vessel.
