大剂量吡喹酮治疗华支睾吸虫病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨大剂量吡喹酮治疗华支睾吸虫病临床疗效。方法新鲜粪便30～50g,水洗自然沉淀集卵法镜检华支睾吸虫卵,找到华支睾吸虫卵确诊为华支睾吸虫病。筛选患者住院,用吡喹酮治疗,总剂量:180mg/kg,5日15次,餐后半小时服。奥美拉唑、克拉霉素等药物辅助治疗。结果2265例患者完成全程治疗,治疗期间无严重不良反应,治疗第2d患者精神状态明显改善,食欲增加,第5d右上腹胀痛或不适消除。出院2～3个月后复查粪便1948例,华支睾吸虫卵阴转率100%。结论大剂量吡喹酮治疗华支睾吸虫病,5日15次疗法,效果显著。Objective To observe effect of high-dose praziquantel on clonorehiasis patients. Methods There 30 - 50g,fresh dung was collected from patients and washed eggs after natural sediment were examined for diagnosis of clonorehiasis patientss. Clonorchiasis patients were treared with praziquantel at the total dose of 180mg/kg,15 times in 5 days. Meantime,omeprazole,clarithromyein,etc. were also used. Results There 2 265 patients achieved full course treatment without serious adverse reactions during treatment. The stool samples of 1 948 patients were examined two to three months after treatment and Clonorchis sinenesis egg negative conversion rate was 100%. Conclusions High-dose praziquantel therapy is effective for treatment of clonorchiasis patients.
