摘  要:目的通过对儿童传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的检测,探讨其细胞免疫功能变化与疾病的关系。方法采用流式细胞仪对52例IM患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果IM患儿CD3+、CD8+T淋巴细胞水平明显升高,CD4+T淋巴细胞和CD4+/CD8+水平明显降低,分别与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异。IM患儿急性期CD8+T淋巴细胞升高水平与患儿外周血异型淋巴细胞升高的百分率呈显著正相关。IM患儿血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)水平与正常对照组比较无显著性差异。结论儿童传染性单核细胞增多症在急性期存在细胞免疫异常情况,EB病毒感染引起机体细胞免疫功能异常是IM发病的关键,在整个疾病过程中T淋巴细胞起着主要作用。Objective To measure the expression level ofT lymphoctyte subsets in peripheral blood of children with infectious mononucleosis(IM). Methods T lymphoctyte subsets in peripheral blood of 52 cases with IM were measured by flow cytometry and compared with 21 normal children. Results Compared with normal children ,the leves of CD3^+ and CD8^+ cells were significantly higher, the levels of CD4^+ cells and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ were significantly lower in 52 hildren with IM.The level of CD8^+ cells was positively correlated with the percentage of atypical lymphocytes. Compared with normal children,the levels of serum IgG,IgA,IgM were significantly different. Conclusion Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection plays an important part in abnormal immune function in children with IM.
