桂林市2007年性病门诊艾滋病哨点监测分析

摘　　要：目的为了解桂林市2007年性病门诊就诊者HIV感染情况及危险行为特征,为制定防制策略提供科学依据。方法对14岁以上的288名就诊者进行问卷调查并进行血清学检测。结果就诊者中,男:女=1.32:1,以已婚青壮年为主。有158人有婚外性行为,近3个月发生婚外性行为只有1人每次都使用安全套。HIV抗体阳性率为1.39%。结论性病门诊就诊者是艾滋病的高危人群。性伴数和安全套的使用与性病艾滋病的流行密切相关。需要加大艾滋病防治知识的宣传,加强性病门诊规范化诊治,推广安全套的使用。Objective To understand the infectious rate of HIV among STD outpatients in Guilin in 2007 and the risk behavior characteristics. Methods 288 SIT） outpatients above the age of 14 years were surveyed by questionire and serological methods. Results The ratio od male to female was1..32：1 and most of them were married adults. There 158 of them had non-marriage sexual activities, and in the last 3 months only 1 of them used eondomns with sexual partners during sexual intercourse. HIV antibody positive rate was 1.39%. Conclusion STD outpatiens are the high risk group of HIV infection. The prevalencev of STD and HIV is closely related to the number of sexual partners and the status of condom using. Therefore health education and adoration of popularization of use of condoms be organized and implemented.
