摘　　要：从高校档案馆的属性、功能、基本建设以及未来高校档案馆的发展方向等方面论述了高校档案馆建设的目标定位,从而准确的把握高校档案馆的发展脉搏,确保高校档案工作尽快实现信息资源共享,为社会服务,最终提升高校档案馆的社会价值.From the attributes, functions, infrastructure and future development direction of university archives, the targeting of archives construction of colleges and universities is discussed in order to accurately grasp the pulse of the development of archives, to ensure the work of university archives to achieve the sharing of information resources for social services as soon as possible, and ultimately enhance significance of social and values of the university archives.
