摘　　要：该金矿是丁家山铜硫矿体上部经长期表生作用，氧化、淋滤、迁移、富集而形成的铁帽型金矿床。矿床具有埋藏浅、品位富、矿石类型简单、易采、易选等特点。本文对矿床地质特征、赋存状态及富集规律作了详细论述。This is a gossan-type gold deposit formed at the upper part of the Dingjiashan Copper-Sulphur Deposit through long_term exogenic process, oxidation_leaching process, migration and enrichment. The deposit is characterized by shallow burial and high grade, with simple ore type amenable to mining and ore dressing. The geological characteristics of the deposit, and the mode of occurrence and enrichment regularity of gold have been dealt with in detail by the author.
