摘 要:针对无人值守变电站的情况,现有视频监控系统存在许多问题并且缺乏对电力系统特性的充分考虑,提出了一种适用于变电站的综合监控系统,并给出了系统的基本结构和功能特点。该系统不但可以满足日常无人值守变电站的视频监视需要,还可以和动力环境监测系统相互补充。With the development of the substation automation, especially the unattended substation, video monitoring system has been widely used. But there are some problems in the existing video systems and the characteristics of the power systems have not been taken into full consideration. So a comprehensive monitoring system of the substation is presented and the basic structure and function are given in this paper. This system not only meets the necessary of the day-to-day video monitoring, but also is complementarities with the power environment monitoring system. The protection system which is multi-level, diverse and intelligent is built by the recognition and intelligent video monitoring technology. This system greatly enhances the safety of the unattended substation, and provides the technical support for the safe operation of the power grids.
