探讨贫困地区县级医院科学发展的有效途径

摘　　要：贫困地区县级医院的发展要以科学发展观为指导,努力寻求医院发展的有效途径。本文在回顾分析宕昌县人民医院发展的经验、存在问题及采取对策的基础上,得出宕昌县人民医院之所以得到较快发展是因为遵循了科学发展观的规律并具体实践的结果。贫困地区县级医院只有正视现实,用科学的眼光谋求发展,抓紧实施管理、项目、人才不放松的发展战略,才能实现真正意义上的科学发展。The development of county - level hospitals in proverty - striken areas have to based on the guidance of scientific concept of development. All the medical workers should make their great efforts to find an effective way to improve the conditions of their hospitals on all sides. In the retrospective analysis of the development of people＇ s hospitals in Tanehang, its experience, problems on the basis of the approaches to development, 1 have come to draw the conclusion about the reason why people＇ s hospital of Tanehang county has developed so rapidly is that we have followed the laws of the scientific concept of development and practiced by ourselves. County - level hospitals in poverty - stricken areas must face the realism, try for development with scientific concept, pay dose attention to the implementation of management, project, human resources development strategy and not to relax, can we achieve the sense of being true scientific development.
