发挥志愿服务在医院外事管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的活跃医院英语学习气氛,创造团结进取的学习型组织,增强医务人员社会责任感。方法通过招募院内医务人员,义务培训医院员工的英语,义务为有困难的群众或患者提供服务。结果提高医务人员英语水平,加强医院员工之间的沟通,增强医院与患者、社会之间的联系。结论外事志愿者服务有利于提高医院员工素质,增强员工凝聚力,塑造医院优质服务品牌,医院要努力打造一支有活力、可持续发展的志愿服务体系,为建设和谐医院以及和谐社会做贡献。Objective To activate the atmosphere of English study in the hospital, build a learning organization and enhance social responsibility of medical staff. Methods Recruited hospital staff gave free English training in the hospital and provided free care for poor people. Results English skill of staffs were sharpened, communications between staffs, patients and the public were strengthened. Conclusion International affairs voluntary service helps to improve the quality and cohesion of the staff and polish quality service brand, therefore it is essential to build a vigorous and sustainable voluntary service system, which will contribute to the construction of harmonious hospital and society.
