摘　　要：通过对OLAP技术在人才环境分析系统中应用的论述,认真分析了OLAP技术在现代企业的具体实现方式,并对系统的时空优化进行了较为详细的探讨。According to the statement of OLAP technology＇ s application in the talent environment analysis system, the realization of OLAP technology in modem enterprise is analyzed, and a more detailed discussion on space - time optimization of the system is made.
