摘　　要：高职教育以职业能力培养为核心,所培养的人才应具有较强的工程实践能力和职业素质,实践能力的培养最终都要落实到实践教学体系及其教学过程中,建立科学的实践教学体系是解决职业能力的迫切任务。研究和实践表明构建开放实践教学体系是实现人才培养目标的有效途径,是"工学结合"的科学体现,是高职教育的创新教学体系。Higher vocational education takes the professional ability as a core, the talented person ought to have strong practice capability and professional quality. It＇ s urgent to establish the scientific practice teaching system, to resolve the profession capability which is carried out in the practice teaching system and the teaching process. The research and the practice indicate that the construction of opening practice teaching system is an efficient way to realize the personnel training goals, is the scientific manifestation of work - study, is the innovative teaching of higher vocational education system.
