福建永安M_s5.2级地震活动特征、影响场及应急对策

摘　　要：1997年5月31日福建永安发生M_s 5.2级强烈有感地震,至今已记录余震1100余次,根据序列特征判断属前-主-余震型。这次地震有感范围大,影响波及面广,震中烈度达Ⅵ度。由发震构造背景分析,发震构造为NE向万安-古田断裂。文中最后概述了地震前后的应急对策及所发挥的作用。On May 31st, 1997, a strong felt earthquake with magnitude Ms5.2 occurred in Yong'an, Fu-jian Province. At present, a total of more than 1500 aftreshocks have been recorded . The sequence variational features were so obvious that the sequence coult be judged to be the type of fore - main - af-treshock. The feeling area and effect area were quite large during the main shock. After macroseismic survey, the instensity in the area around the epioenter is determined as VI degree. According to the seismotectonic background, the hypocenter lay on the upper - block of the Wan an - Gutian fault. It is believed that the main seismogenerating fault was of northeast strike. Finally, in this paper we summarize the postearthquake emergency measurments as well as their roles in the earthquake.
