摘　　要：目的探讨中药熨烫穴位辅助治疗脑卒中后肌肉痉挛的效果。方法将120例脑卒中后肌肉痉挛患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。两组均在对症支持治疗及护理基础上,对照组采用康复运动疗法,伴疼痛者给予普鲁卡因加泼尼松龙局部封闭;观察组采用中药熨烫患肢特定穴位。结果治疗第30天,观察组肌肉痉挛改善效果及日常生活能力提高程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中药熨烫穴位辅助治疗脑卒中后肌肉痉挛的效果良好,可提高患者自理能力。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint ironing with traditional Chinese medicine on post-stroke muscle spasm. Methods A total of 120 stroke patients with muscle spasm were equally randomized into an observation group and a control group. The conventional therapy were given to both groups. Besides, the control group was subjected to kinetotherapy and the spasm sites were locally blocked with procaine and prednisolone injection when patients felt pain, while in the observation group, traditional Chinese medicine was used to iron special acupoints. Results Compared with the control group, the level of muscle spasm in the observation group was significantly relieved and the activity of daily living was significantly improved after 30 d of treatment （P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Acupoints ironing with traditional Chinese medicine is an effective way to treat post-stroke muscle spasm. It can significantly improve self-care ability of stroke patients.
