添加不同水平脂肪酸钙对奶牛瘤胃物质降解率及日粮表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：本文旨在研究添加不同水平脂肪酸钙对奶牛物质瘤胃降解率及日粮表观消化率的影响。试验选择三头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年奶牛,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,其处理为:A组为基础日粮;B组为基础日粮+2%DM日粮的脂肪酸钙;C组为基础日粮+4%DM日粮。试验结果为奶牛日粮中添加脂肪酸钙显著提高了日粮营养物质在瘤胃中的降解率(P<0.05),其中C组的瘤胃降解率影响效果优于B组;对奶牛表观消化率没有产生显著影响(P>0.05)。表明添加脂肪酸钙不但可以过瘤胃消化提高能量水平,而且有利于瘤胃物质发酵。The ex-periment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of fatty acid calcium on rumen degradation rate and nutrient digestibility in dairy cow. Three cows fitted permanent rumen fistula were chosen and arranged in a 3x3 latin square trial, treatments were basal diet （A）,basal diet plus fatty acid calcium of 2% DM diet （B）and basal diet plus fatty acid calcium 4% DM diet （C）.The results showed as follows： The rumen degradation of treatment B and C was significantly higher than A （P〈0.05）, and the treatment C better than the treatment B, but there is no significantly difference among them （P〉0.05） . there were no significantly difference in the digestibility（P〉0.05）. Indicated diet plus fatty acid calcium can increase the Energy levels, also Conducive to rumen fermentation of the nutrients.
