摘　　要：寄生虫病是危害新疆养羊业最大的疾病之一,由新疆畜牧科学院院和新疆医科大联合研制的阿维菌素长效缓释制剂药效长、用量小、安全范围广,对体内外寄生虫均有较好的驱杀作用。我们在新疆阿勒泰、哈巴河和福海县三个县市的8个乡镇的101784只(次)羊进行该制剂的推广试验,结果表明在注射该制剂后的120d内羊群的感染率低于20%,可以代替一年两次的药浴。该缓释制剂的推广应用将大大提高绵羊寄生虫病的防治水平及效率,减少由寄生虫病所带来的经济损失。Parasitic diseases are the main diseases that caused great losses to sheep breeding of Xinjiang. The Long-acting and Slow-releasing Avermectin Anthelmintic which was developed by Institute of Veterinary medicine Xinjiang Academy of Animal Science and Xinjiang Medical University is long effect, small dosage, safe and has significantly effect to Parasites of in vitro and in vivo. We have injected 101784 sheep which distributed in 8 towns of Aletai, Habahe and Fuhai counties, and the results suggest that injecting the Avermectin Anthelmintic control the infection rate of Parasites lower than 20% in 120 days after being injected and is used to replace medicated bath that acted two times in one year. The Long-acting and Slow- releasing Avermectin Anthelmintic＇s widely used will greatly promote prevention level of sheep＇s Parasitic diseases and reduce economic loss caused by Parasitic diseases.
