摘 要:根据古地震和历史地震研究了强震断裂带———阿尔金带、祁连山带、阿尼玛卿山带、鲜水河带、金沙江-红河带和汾渭带的地震活动。划分了超长地震活动期。由于古地震资料测年精度的原因,在地震活动期划分中,以100年为最小单位。不同强震断裂带上,古地震活动的特点具体表现为:(1)活跃期、平静期的持续时间不同,长的达3000~4000年,短的仅1000~2000年;(2)在各个断裂带上,古地震的频度有较大差别;(3)有些断裂带正处于活动期,如鲜河水带,有些正处于平静期,如阿尼玛卿山带。通过对古地震的研究及超长地震活动期划分,作者认为:(1)尽管某些断裂带构造条件可类比,但历史地震和现代地震差异较大,其原因可能与超长地震活动期有关;(2)目前正处于地震活跃期的断裂带发生地震的可能性较大;(3)古地震重复间隔的长短与断层滑动速率及断层的规模相关。There are six main seismic fault zones studied in this paper, that is, Altun seismic fault zone, Qilianshan seismic fault zone, A'nyemaqen Mountains seismic fault zone, Xianshuihe seismic fault zone, Jinshajiang Honghe seismic fault zone and Fenhe Weihe seismic fault zone. Division of Ultra long periods of seismic activity is mainly based on paleoearthquakes and historical earthquakes. Because, the paleoearthquake data are limited in timing accuracy, 100 year is regarded as the smallest unit. On various seismic fault zones, the active feature of paleoearthquakes is described as follows:①Interval time between active period and calm period is different, the longest one is up to 3000~4000 years, and the shortest only down to 1000~2000 years. ②Among seismic zones, the paleoearthquake frequency is different. ③Some zones are in active period, such as, Xianshuihe fault zone. Others are in calm period, such as, A'nyemaqen Mountains zone. ④Based on the study of paleoearthquakes and division of Ultra long period of seismic activity, the following conclusions are obtained:①Although structural conditions among some fault zones are similar to each other, the differences of historical earthquakes and modern earthquakes are considerable obviousness. It is possible that the phenomena are related to Ultra long periods. ②The seismic possibility of these faults which, at present, are in active periods that is larger than others. ③The interval time of paleoearthquakes is related to the fault slip rate and size.
