摘　　要：合徐北高速公路13m跨径桥梁全宽28m,主梁为普通钢筋混凝土空心板梁,桥墩盖梁总长13.98m、宽1.2m。悬臂长度2.45m。桥墩盖梁由顶面延至侧面产生多条裂缝,有盖梁表面出现混凝土爆裂露筋现象。结合工程实例,介绍裂缝修复和钢板粘贴的材料及工艺。The girder of the 13m long and 28m wide Hexubei Highway Bridge is of a reinforcement concrete hallow slab structure with a pier bent cap of 13.98m long and 1.2m wide and a cantilever beam of 2.45m. There are quite a number of cracks extending from top to the side of bent cap and even exposure of steel bars at the surface of bent cap. Based on an engineering example,the techniques of crack repair and steel plate reinforcement of the bent cap are introduced.
