贵州省实施妇幼卫生项目效果分析

摘　　要：报道５个实施妇幼卫生项目县（市）与６个非项目县（市）妇女卫生状况的调查比较。揭示实施项目工作５年来，贵州省妇幼卫生工作取得很大进展，孕产妇死亡率由实施前２３６．８／１０万降至１４９．１／１０万。其中项目县降至９６．８／１０万，非项目县降至１８１．８／１０万。新法接生率、产前检查率与产后访视率均比项目实施前有明显提高。项目工作的实施促进了项目地区基层网络与妇幼队伍的建设，提高了基层人员妇幼卫生服务的主动性，出现了新婚女性婚姻生育观念的转变。还必须深入持久地推行孕产妇系统管理，尤其是高危孕产妇的分级管理，努力提高住院分娩率。This paper reports the survey comparison of the maternal/children health conditions of 5 counties which carried out the project and 6 counties which didnt carry out the project and reveals a great progress obtained by the provencial health work since carrying out the project for 5 years. The death rate of the pregnants in labour dropped from 236.8/100 thousand to 149.1/100 thousand, of which that of the project counties dropped to 96.8/100 thousand and that of the non project counties to 181.8/100 thousand. The rates of new method labour, pre labour examination and post labour follow ups all wese higher than that prior to carrying out the project. The carrying out of the project promted the establishment of the network in the basic level and maternal/children health care working team of the project districts and accelerated the initiatives of the health service of the maternal/children health care workers, leading to a change of the sense of marriage and bearing a child for the new married women. Again, a sysptemic management for pregnants in labour must be persistently pushed ahead, especially for the high rish women in labour. Putting more efforts to raise the rate of in hospital delivery is the way to drop the death rate of women in labour tremendously. .
