摘  要:为确保大坝混凝土骨料的需要,在分析料源需求及质量的基础上,小湾水电站拱坝混凝土骨料料源场选择了位于坝址下游1.4km处的孔雀沟石料场。受地质原因影响,料场开采至1350m高程后强度不能满足系统骨料生产毛料的需求;业主及时调整设计规划,鼓励施工单位从无用料开挖区域挑选、解爆孤石、回采部分有用料,最大限度地提高有用料的获得率,满足了大坝混凝土骨料生产需要。料场的最终开采高程抬高,从而大大减少了无用料的开挖、运输,降低了终采边坡高度,节约了开挖支护费用,经济效益十分显著;并逐步探索出了一套适合于工程特点的砂石系统料源开采、生产和骨料供应三方面的运行管理方法。In order to meet the aggregate demands of dam concrete and on the basis of analyzing the demands and quality of material source, the Kongquegou stone stockyard, 1.4 km downstream from the dam site, is selected as the concrete aggregate material source for Xiaowan arch dam. Due to the influence of geological factors, when the material stockyard is quarried up to the elevation of 1 350 m, the intensity of material quarrying can not meet the requirement of aggregate production of the system. The Owner timely adjusted the design and planning and encouraged the construction units to select and quarry the materials from non-material-quarrying zone and to re-quarry some useful material so as to make full use of the availability of useful material and meet the production requirement of dam concrete aggregate. The final quarrying elevation of the material stockyard is raised so that it greatly reduces the excavation and transportation of useless materials, lowers the height of final quarried slope, saves the costs of excavation and support and gains obvious economic benefits. It also has gradually explored an operation management method of the material quarrying, production and supply of aggregate processing system, which is suitable to the project characteristics.
