空气消毒洁净器对南方潮湿环境供应室空气消毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察空气消毒洁净器在南方潮湿环境的地下供应室空气消毒效果。方法采用平板自然沉降法,对该空气消毒洁净器实际消毒效果进行了检测。结果在室内无人情况下,用该空气消毒洁净器循环净化60 min,可将约55 m3室内空气中自然菌平均总菌数由净化前的785 cfu/m3降低到105 cfu/m3;运行180 min采样平板上无菌生长。开机消毒120 min后,有2人入室进行常规医疗活动180 min以内,空气中自然菌总数能控制在200 cfu/m3以下;室内有3人活动至180 min,空气中细菌总数达到366 cfu/m3;有5人活动120 min,空气中细菌总数上升达419 cfu/m3。结论在南方潮湿环境地下供应室用该空气消毒净化器进行空气消毒,室内控制2人活动可使空气中细菌总数保持在Ⅱ类环境卫生学标准,但随室内人数增加或时间延长,细菌总数会超标。Objective To observe the efficacy of air disinfection - purifying device in disinfection of air in underground sterile supply room under dump environment in south of China. Method Flat slab exposure method was used to examine the actual disinfection efficacy of this air disinfection - purifying device. Results In an unoccupied room about 55 m3 in volume, circulating purification of the air for 60 min with this air disinfection - purilfying device reduced the average count of natural bacteria in air from 785 cfu/m3 to 105 cfu/m3. After it worked for 180 minutes, no bacteria grew on the sampling slab. After it worked for 120 minutes, if two persons entered the room for common activities for less than 180 minutes, the total count of natural bacteria in air could be controlled at less than 200 cfu/m3. If three persons worked for 180 minutes in the room, the total bacteria count could achieve 366 cfu/m3. If five persons worked for 120 minutes, the total bacteria count could achieve 419 cfu/m3. Conclusion If the air disinfection - purfying device is used to disinfect the air in the underground sterile supply room under clump environment in south of China, the total bacteria count can be kept at category - Ⅱenvironment hygiene standard if the number of persons for common activities i nthe room is controlled at two. The total bacteria count would exceed the allowable limit with increasing the number of persons and prolonging the time.
