摘　　要：目的了解本县医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量情况,以便改进与提高。方法采用现场采样和检验方法,对本县辖区内医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量进行了监测。结果该县县级医疗机构消毒质量监测总合格率为100%;中心级医疗机构消毒监测总合格率为96.18%;乡镇级(民营)医疗机构消毒质量总合格率为85.67%。所有项目检测全部合格的有18家医疗机构,占被调查医疗机构的39.13%。所有县级医疗机构检测的项目全部合格,乡镇级医疗机构合格率最低。结论该县医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量整体水平较好,但乡镇级医疗机构消毒质量有待加强。Objective To understand the quality state of disinfection and sterilization in Rudong county medical institu- tions so as to improve the condition. Methods The on - the - spot sampling and examination were used to monitor the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions of Rudong county. Results The overall eligible rate of county - level medical institutions was 100%, that of central - level medical institutiioons was 96.18% , that of village and town -level （private） was 85.6%. All items examined were eligible in 18 medical institutioons, accounting for 39. 13% of medical institutions investigated. All items examined in county - level medical institutions were eligible. The eligible rate of items examined in village and town - level （private） medical institutions was the lowest. Conclusion The overall level of disinfection and sterilization in the county medical institutions is high, but the the quality of disinfectiion and sterilization in village and town （private） medical institutions needs to be strengthened.
