摘　　要：目的观察人感染高致病性禽流感医院感染防控措施的效果。方法采用标准预防隔离措施和感染控制措施,实行重点环节把关,防止感染扩散。结果经过积极救治和正确的防控措施,病人各种标本H5N1病毒全部转阴,病人痊愈。所有接触人员未出现异常,病人所在活动场所经过严格消毒处理,两次环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果采样监测,总合格率为100%。结论所采取的标准隔离措施到位,消毒处理措施有效。Objective To observe the efficacy of measures for prevention of nosocomial infection following admitting a patient infected with highly pathogenic avian influenza. Methods Standard preventive isolation measure and infection control measures were used, the key link was controlled to prevent spread of infection. Results Through active treatment and correct preventive measures, all specimens of the patient became HSN1 negative and the patient was cured. No abnormality appeared in all contacts. After strict disinfection of the places where the patient carried out various activities, sampling monitoring of environmental sanitation and efficacy of disinfection and sterilization twice showed 100% eligible rate. Conclusion The standard isolation measures were implemented and the disinfection measures were efficacious.
