摘　　要：在2009《中国工业经济》青年学者学术研讨会上,与会专家和青年学者围绕国际金融危机与中国产业发展、宏观经济形势与产业发展环境、产业制度创新和中国产业发展、产业微观机制与企业转型升级等论题展开了热烈讨论。综合与会者观点,中心观点有:此次国际金融危机产生的原因,有金融制度的缺陷,但根源在于产业发展机制障碍;我国宏观经济已经见底回升,国际金融危机影响逐渐弱化,推进产业转型升级正是时机;中国经济关乎世界经济发展走向,应积极参与世界经济修复,形成有利竞争格局;产业发展重在机制和制度创新;修复金融危机导致的经济结构破坏,要立足于产业微观机制,推进企业转型升级。On the young scholars＇ academic symposium of 2009 China Industrial Economics, revolving around topics including international financial crisis and Chinese industrial development, macro-economic situation and industrial development surroundings, industrial institution innovation and Chinese industrial development, industrial micro-mechanics and finns＇ transformation and upgrading, the participants launched hot discussion. Their core points are followings： （1）Ahhough defect of financial institution is a reason resulting in this international financial crisis, the root lies in obstacle of industrial development mechanism; （2）Because macro-economic have inclined from bottom, and the influence of international financial crisis has become weaken, it is the time to push industrial transformation and upgrading; （3）For Chinese economy having deep influence on the direction of global economic development, China should take part in global economy repairing actively and form positive competing configuration; （4）Mechanism innovation and institution innovation are the key of industrial development; （5）Industrial micro-mechanism and firms＇ transformation and upgrading are the ground of countermeasures repairing economic structure destroyed by financial crisis.
