高频电刀治疗宫颈疾病1093例的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨环状电刀（loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP）治疗良性宫颈病变的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析2005年10月1日-2007年10月30日于我院妇科门诊经宫颈液基细胞学（LCT）及阴道镜检查初步诊断为不同类型良性宫颈疾病1093例,行LEEP宫颈锥切术,手术标本均送病理科检查,同时观察手术时间、出血量及术后疗效。结果：LEEP手术治疗宫颈疾病一次成功率达93.87%（1026/1093）,平均时间7.3分钟,出血量19.6ml,无继发性出血和感染的发生,术后病灶消失,手术标本经病理科检查明确诊断。结论：LEEP治疗各类良性宫颈病变操作简单,手术时间短,出血量少,安全有效,且可以取得完整的病理标本,对早期诊断宫颈癌和治疗宫颈良性疾病具有很高的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the value of Leep electrosurgical excision for treatment of cervical benign diseases. Methods： Smear cytological examination, eletroeolposcopy,cervical biopsy and Leep electrosurgical excision was used to diagnosis and treat 1093 cervical benign cases in the Mother and Child＇s Hospital of Shanxi Province front Oct. 2005 to 2007. Results： Of all 1093 cases, the proportion of success was 93.87 %, the average tion time was 7.3 minutes. All specimen were accepted such as easy operation,few blooding,economical and the cervical. amount of bleeding in the operation was 16.9 ml and the average operaby department of pathology.
