摘　　要：目的：探讨DCS治疗股骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法：对30例股骨髁上骨折用DCS内固定进行治疗及评估。结果：经1年随访,骨折愈合良好,平均愈合时间6个月,关节功能优良率93%。结论：DCS对股骨髁上骨折是较理想的内固定物,疗效比较满意。Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of DCS in the treatment of supracondylar femur fractures. Method： 30 cases of supraeondylar femur fractures were treated with DCS internal fixation. The effect was evaluated. Result： good after follow up for 1 year, The average healing time was 6 months. The excellent and good rate of joint Conclusion： DCS has good effect in the treatment of supracondylar femur fractures. Bone fracture heals function was 93 %.
