摘  要:经过超滤浓缩的棉籽糖液还有较高的游离棉酚和类酚色素,使得棉籽糖结晶困难,并影响棉籽糖产品的最终色泽。为了提高棉籽糖产品的质量,对超滤后浓缩的棉籽糖液,采用活性炭脱色。分别考察了活性炭的用量(1%~6%)、吸附温度(20~70℃)、滤液的pH值(4.0~6.5)、吸附时间(1.0~3.5h)等对脱色效果的影响。结果表明,较大的活性炭用量、较高的温度、酸性的滤液、一定的脱色时间有利于提高脱色效果。确定较好的操作工艺条件为:活性炭添加量4%~5%、脱色温度50~60℃、pH值4.0~5.0、脱色时间2h以上,脱色率可到达85%以上,且脱色液中几乎检测不到游离棉酚的存在。A adsorption method to decolorize raffinose solution was used by active carbon. Decolorzing effect were investigated under actived carbon amount 1% -6%, adsorption temperature 20 -70 ℃, pH4.0 -6.5, adsorption 1.0-3.5 h conditions. The results showed that larger amount of activated carbon, higher temperature, acidity in the filtrate, longer time was conductive to decolorization. The better operating conditions were as follows: the amount of activated carbon 4%-5%, the temperature 50-60 ℃, the pH 4.0-5.0, the adsorption time over 2 hours. The decolorization rate could be more than 85%, and the free gossypol could not be detected in the raffinose solution.
