低食物自给率下日本朝野的不安全感与应对措施

摘　　要：在我国广泛存在对日本食物自给率指标的误用,以及对日本人对待本国食物自给率的态度的误解情况。本文有针对性地在介绍了日本食物自给率常用指标及其自给状况的基础上,阐述了在低食物自给率之下,日本朝野日益加深的不安全感以及为改变目前状况所做的切实努力。作者认为日本朝野有关食物自给率的所思所为值得我们借鉴,其中涉及和影响我国的,则迫切需要我国政府、企业和民众的有效应对。In China, there is widely misusage of Japan＇ s index of self - sufficient rate of food, and also Japanese attitude to self - sufficient rate of food is widely misunderstood, In this paper, aiming at correcting the misusage and misunderstand, Japan＇ s index of self - sufficient rate of food and its situation of food self - sufficiency is introduced. And further more, insecurities of Japan＇ s state ＆ its people under low self - sufficient rate of food status, and also its efforts of counter measures to improve self - sufficient rate is illustrated. It is pointed out that Japan＇ s thoughts and efforts about food self - sufficient rate are worth learning, hut some measures concerning and having impact on China need China＇ s state, enterprises, and its people take relief measures urgently.
