重新认识意大利式产业区竞争力——对深圳金饰产业区等我国专业化产业区的启示

摘　　要：中国的专业化产业区尽管已经有大量研究,但该现象并未得到充分认识。专业化产业区在中国普遍存在,并具有类似于意大利式产业区的地方劳动分工与社会网络。可我国的产业区一直难以走出"低端道路"的困局,近期也受到了金融危机的冲击。本文以产业区的竞争力差异为分析基础,重新认识意大利式产业区,指出意大利式产业区的竞争力为产业区内企业的竞争力以及产业区形成的创新环境。以此为启示,以深圳金饰产业区为例,提出了以中国元素的工业设计为核心、以产业区创新环境建立为根本的产业区发展战略。Specialized industrial districts of China are by now well - known but inadequately understood in the world. There are a large number of specialized industrial districts in China. They are similar in local division of labour and social network to Italian industrial districts, but in the problem of ＂low road＂ which suffer as financial crisis deepens. This paper reviews the theory of halianate Industrial District with a new perspective to explore the core values of the model that industrial community＇ s cultural background as well as continuous creativity in industrial design is the essence of development. This paper, taking example of jewelry industrial district in Shenzhen, analyses its evolution path and network feature, and proposes design - oriented development strategy as the key task facing industrial districts in China.
