摘 要:本文基于阿尔蒙法的滞后期模型,采用DEA分析中的BCC模型分析我国科技投入促进经济增长的效率,从投入产出效率、科技投入规模以及规模报酬三个角度对我国30个省市的科研投入促进经济增长的绩效进行比较分析,并根据数据分析结果将我国各省市技术进步水平分成五个层次,分析不同层次的省份科技投入推动经济增长的特点、优势劣势及可行的发展方式。This paper employs the BCC model in the Data Envelopment Analysis and Almon Polynomial Method, to conduct an empirical study about the efficiency of scientific research input and output. It makes a comparative analysis of how the performance of scientific research investment promote economic growth in 30 provinces of China from three angles the efficiency of scientific research input and output, the scale of scientific research input and the scale reward, thereby giving expression of the level of scientific and technological progress of China' s provinces and municipalities to promote economic growth. Based on the results of scientific research, we divide the level of technological progress of China' s provinces and cities into five levels. Then we analyse the characteristic of technology progress to promote economic growth of provinces in different levels, the advantages and disadvantages of each province, then it presents some proposals for the future development.
