摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术围手术期的护理要点。方法：总结384例腹腔镜阑尾切除术，并分析其术前、术后围手术期的护理要点。结果：通过术前的心理护理、充足的术前准备、术后全麻后护理、仔细观察腹部及切口情况、以及饮食指导，384例腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者均痊愈出院。结论：良好的围手术期护理是腹腔镜阑尾切除术痊愈出院的保证。Objective lb observe the main points of perioperative laparoscopic appendectomy nursing. Method The preoperative and postoperative nursing points are analyzised by summarising 384 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy in last 5 years in our hospital. Result 384 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy patients were cured and discharged by preoperative psychological care, adequate preoperative preparation , postoperative care after general anesthesia, careful observation and abdominal incision and dietary guidance. Conclusion Good Perioperative nursing is an insurance for laparoscopic appendectomy patients to be cured and discharged.
