摘 要:目的研究PET阳性结节部分容积效应(P V E)的规律和校正方法。方法利用NEMA体模,在Siemens Biograph 64 True V型PET/CT和ECAT EXACT HR+型PET各自常规的全身采集和处理程序下,获得不同大小病灶(体积V为0.54~26.90 cm3)在不同病灶-本底比值(T/B,2.69~21.27)时测量值与实际值的差异,分析其规律并通过函数拟合建立校正方法。结果获得以上PET/CT在特定采集和处理条件下校正PVE的公式为:实际T/B=(实测T/B-0.59)/(0.17×ln(V)+0.37)+1.62;PET仪的校正公式为:实际T/B=(实测T/B-1.71)/(0.11×ln(V)+0.21)+1.52。结论在特定PET系统固定的采集和处理条件下,当阳性结节灶类似球体且内部较均一时,其PVE可用特定的数学公式进行校正。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the partial volume effect of positive nodules on positron emission tomography (PET) and set up a correction method. Methods NEMA body-phantom was used, which held six spheroids with the volumes (V) ranged from 0.54 to 26.90 cm3. Serial tumor to background ratios (T/B) were set from 2.69 to 21.27. The scanners were Siemens Biograph 64 True V PET/CT and ECAT EXACT HR+ PET, and the scans adopted routine whole-body acquisition and processing protocols. Results The measured T/B had linear correlation with In (V) and the real T/B when the other variant was stabilized. For the PET/CT, the correction formulation was "real T/B = (measured T/B-0.59)/ (0.17*ln(V)+0.37)+1.62"; and for the PET, the correction formulation was "real T/B = (measured T/B-1.71)/ (0.11*ln(V)+0.21)+1.52". Conclusion The partial volume effect of positive nodules can be corrected by a formulation, which is special for the PET system and the protocols.
