口腔全景机数字化改造方案及实施

摘　　要：目的现有CR内置口腔全景机不具备标准全景IP板(15cm×30cm)处理能力。口腔全景机只能使用传统的胶片作为成像介质,影响放射质控管理及口腔正畸等业务开展。通过对全景机局部结构的改装,使用乳腺IP板代替口腔全景IP板实现影像数字化。方法改装涉及复杂的铝合金型材设计加工等工业技术、原装设备人机工程学改变后的影响、不同类型IP板投照剂量差异、投照区域改变等因素。通过对以上问题的前期研究以及技改费用及风险的分析,确立自行改装的方案。结果达到预期目标,图像质量与使用全景IP板的设备相比无明显差异。对于少部分受检个体有可能损失部分颞颌关节部位影像。Objective The existing CR does not have the ability to deal with standard panoramic imaging plate （15cm × 30cm）. The dental panoramic X-ray medchine can only use traditional film as a medium, which impacts the quality management and oral rectification. Through dental panoramic X-ray machine local structure modification, We use the mammary imaging plate to take place of panoramic imaging plate to achieve the digital image. Methods Modification involves complex design and processing of aluminum alloy profiles and other industrial technologies, original equipment ergonomics impact of change,different types of imaging plate voted dose differences and other issues. Through the early stage of the above-mentioned studies, as welt as cost and technical risk analysis, We determine its own modification program. Results Modification achieves the desired goal, by the use of panoramic imaging plate with no significant difference in image quality. A little number of individual subjects may lost some parts of temporomandibular joint imaging.
