摘　　要：随着信息化和网络的发展,医院已经越来越依赖HIS系统,但随之而来的是计算机病毒的威胁,尤其以蠕虫病毒为甚。本文着重介绍了对HIS系统危害最大的蠕虫病毒的特点和危害及防治。With the rapid development of internet and information, the management of hosipital depends on hospital information systems（HIS） more and more. The loss caused by viruses has gradually increased,especially caused by the worm. This article not only introduces the character and tendency of viruses but also studies the prevention and control of the warm viruses which is the biggest damage in HIS.
