摘　　要：目的探讨引起血细胞分析仪检测血小板的影响特点,提高血小板计数的准确性。方法利用库尔特STKS全自动血细胞分析仪(仪器法)与目视显微镜(手工法)对174例血小板减少症标本进行PLT计数分析。结果配对t检验结果显示,t=14.26,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义,仪器检测与目视检测值间存在正相关。结论血细胞分析仪检测血小板能力尚有一定局限性,异常标本或血小板直方图异常时,必须严格按照复检标准复查,确保临床检验质量。Objective To investigate the feature of influence during hematology analyzer detecting blood platelet, and to improve the quality control and veracity of blood platelet counting. Methods 87 samples from thrombopenis patients were tested by Coulter STKS and microscope respectively. Results Paired t-test results showed that t=14.26, P〈0.001. There was significant difference on blood platelet counting between the two methods, and the results are positive correlative. Concluaion There were some restrictions in testing the blood platelet by current hematology analyzers. It is necessary to recheck according to some standard for abnormal samples or abnormal histogram, then the clinical testing quality was guaranteed.
