摘　　要：以成都信息工程学院图书馆所开发设计的内务管理系统为例,论述了应用BPR理论对图书馆内务管理业务流程进行再造的过程,总结了相关经验。Taking the internal affairs management system developed and designed by the library of Chengdu University of Information Technology as an example,this paper expounds the process of reengineering the internal affairs management system of the library by using BPR concept,and sums up some relevant experiences.
