摘　　要：对建设社会主义新农村的进程中苏北经济的劣势进行了分析,指出了其潜在的优势,在此基础上提出苏北建设社会主义新农村的政策建议。This paper analyzes the inferiorities of the economy in northern Jiangsu in the process of the construction of socialist new countryside,and points out its potential superiorities,and based on this,advances some policy proposals for the new countryside construction in Northern Jiangsu.
